Yowser - I did a week of pace...

18 yr old to Average Pace

random to unsatisfactory PM on a different 18 yr old and that was it. Back to rubbish training results again. lol

Youth wise it was good though, a 2nd 3 wk pop on the trot for one, and I might have an Unearthly coming hopefully. :)

Oh dear form too another big hit, average of just 7.4. :(
