useful results here as well:
* 2 striker pops (to: excellent, solid)
* 1 pace pop (to: adequate)
* 1 stamina pop (to: adequate)
* 1 playmaking pop (to: poor)

just normally as other skills :)
Depends on the level - every 2-6 weeks.

shucks, i was hoping it would be easy like stamina.
2005-10-06 14:23:47
your players might have possibly reached their skills' minimals just before the upgrade....

I've also had some random-popping problems after several randoms one week....
2005-10-06 14:24:55
:)
Training pace is easier than other skills, as you can train 22 players instead of 6 (ATT), or 10....
2005-10-06 14:36:29
or harder, as to gain fully, you need 22 (or near) players that are trainable....
2005-10-06 14:39:15
provided that you don't play in the cup :)
To advance, you may need to play with some of your first eleven players :)

hard enough when striker training...

Great week for me. 2 new trainees popped, one to adequate and one to solid, polish trainee to very good, a couple of random stamina pops and a random striker one.

Oh yeah and also this

Nick Mcmillan, age 20
value: 70 200 £, wage: 870 £
weak form
bookings:

very good stamina,
adequate pace,
poor technique,
good passing,
hopeless keeper
formidable defender
good playmaker
tragic striker

:D
2005-10-06 18:56:13
nice player. Bit more technique and you are laughing, laughing, laughing :)
2005-10-06 19:11:43
He's no Corey Bridge or Murray Harper though ;).
2005-10-06 21:56:10
Corey Bridge Shmorey Bridge.

a whole bunch of stamina pops for me, hooray, and oddly, a 28 year old all rounder, i play him in midfield because i havent got a clue, he's "good" in most skills, popped to solid defending. i'm not complaining.
