shucks, i was hoping it would be easy like stamina.
your players might have possibly reached their skills' minimals just before the upgrade....

Training pace is easier than other skills, as you can train 22 players instead of 6 (ATT), or 10....

or harder, as to gain fully, you need 22 (or near) players that are trainable....
provided that you don't play in the cup :)

Great week for me. 2 new trainees popped, one to adequate and one to solid, polish trainee to very good, a couple of random stamina pops and a random striker one.

a whole bunch of stamina pops for me, hooray, and oddly, a 28 year old all rounder, i play him in midfield because i havent got a clue, he's "good" in most skills, popped to solid defending. i'm not complaining.
