hehe now :) but it was only for 2 strikers... but nice anwayz :) You never know when the other players'll need it :p

My best striker is popping every 3 weeks, is that quick or normal? Someone told me all his strikers do, but usual mine need 4/5 weeks...

First time I had really nice random pops aswel, thx to my new coach :)

And I have 3 assistants, 2 very good and 1 excellent

3 weeks seems talented enough :)

My best striker pops every 2 week in technique, but I have quite nice trainers.

2 skilled headcoach(I'll make it 4 when new season starts)

Do you know anything more about the effects of assistants? I don't really know that...

My junior coach is only excellent, I should change that... problem is: searching for coaches is very expensive :(

Imo assistants have effected my training a LOT !

I have 3 excellent strikers in my a-team now, so I need alot of improvement but I'm on my way :)

Yep same here. When I added 2 solids and a good assistant a player who used to take 7 weeks to level now takes 5.

Every 3 weeks is pretty good. I've got a defender doing that atm. Most of the rest of my players are too good to pop every 3 weeks though as they are excellent and above (only 3 out of 11 trainees I have are below excellent).

My non trainees are rubbish/old though, I've sacrificed them for long term strategy.

Only 1 of my 6 trainees are below Excellent, and he won't be next week hopefully.

That's a better non-excellent:excellent ratio than Mcoi :)
