By the way, at age 20, 4 weeks to outstanding tech is good right?

It isn't to bad.
As a comparison, my 22yo (junior talent 3.43 under the old, accurate, system) took 4wks to Outstanding and 4 wks to Incredible Tech.
So your guy probably had junior talent of around 4.

Nice week, especially Heisserer, now 3x formidable on the left side. 137k for an 'untalented' (owner said his talent was rubbish) middie in silly season, what a bargain :D

Went for stamina this week with no playoff. Got pops obviously and one random pace pop.

Makes sense to me to do the stamina here and not in week 0...remember guys, friendly training in week 15 with no playoff and official training in week 0 with the cup!
