My youth I pulled 3 weeks ago popped to formidable from excellent, I've forgotten but how talented does that make him? Is increasing in a skill even possible from 10.00 to 11.+ in 2 weeks?

Yep, I've had one through a random so it certainly be 10.99 or close to it.

Hope for 2 weeks next pop cartman ;)

Don't know why but I was always under the impression that dead on excellent was the highest a youth skill could be, oh well.
