Subject: Weekly Training
I have a 19 yr old who has popped in pace after 4 weeks and then after a further 4 weeks. That's about the quickest I have witnessed on any of my players. Is that the quickest popping time possible at 19?
I've just noticed on one of my 18 yr olds that he popped his pace after just 3 weeks. The reason I mention it is because the pop previous to that took 4 weeks. How is that possible, his pops can't get quicker can they!?!
In pace pops you also have to take into account the level he is popping from. The higher the level the longer it takes.
The pop speeds can go up or down depending on sub levels.
If a player pops 0.3 levels per week then:
4.0
4.3
4.6
4.9
5.2
4 week pop to level 5.
5.5
5.8
6.1
3 week pop to level 6.
In practice the pop speed slows as the skill increases and also as age increases.

Thanks Phil, I thought it would be something like that.
Two weeks out of the last shitting three that i have forgot to play my trainees in the friendly...
Most of my team's value is locked up in them. So frustrating!

There are solutions to this problem....
You probably don't want to hear them though ;-)

Hit with some Phil. Not heard from you for a while.
Are you thinking the sell all approach?

I can see we are both pros at that. I did again last night, that's 3 in 4 weeks.

He is, but there is still plenty of room for improvement..
