Unearthly main coach, assistants are not that good though: exc, formi and outst.

I have only an outstanding w/ three excellents.. Damn...the riches....

I have an incredible with 3 formidable assistants, I thought that was good! You must get random pops all over the place!

I've only had the unearthly for a couple of weeks now, this was my best week with him.

Having good coaches is nice, but much more important is buying young, talented players. And I'm not satisfied with my players yet, I need to upgrade some of my trainees.

You seem to have alot of older trainees, but non under the age of 19. Are they all long term trainees or do you not want to train younger ones? Just curious really.

Yes, all long term trainees. That's what you get for playing in the top league. Most 17 yo trainees need at least 3 seasons of training to be good enough to actually play in the eredivisie, so that's just not worth it. Therefore we need to buy 19 yo's that have been trained for some time already and who are much closer to being good enough for our league, so we can train them to being good enough by the time the first team-players reach the age of 23 to 25.

Btw, have a look at the teams of gribbage and fm, same thing there.

yep. We can have a few younger guys - for our reserve teams, but generally I'm on the lookout for 19/20 year olds who've already been trained up.

Sure it's similar for otehr prem teams.
