Subject: [NT] NCFC

Actually I did not intend this for you as you already did inform us of your personal issues and that you will sadly not be able to spend time. I totally accept this as we all have real lives that need attention. I was posting more towards NCFC as I did not see him post during the whole of last season until election time.

Yes you did but again I ask - after initial help what else did I get helpwise from you or anyone else?

Also did you see the effort I put into trying to get our youths trained and noticed etc?

I find your slurs insulting about past managers......I gave a huge amount of time to the NT sides, especially the U21 setup and I actually saw very little interest from a main majority of our managers in England including you.......

To every week setup a team, tactic and then a thread and only receive one or two comments or well dones is a bit deflating to be honest.

Its pretty standard, next season England will be back in qualification for the world cup so why not let a lower league manager take it on and see if they can manage to spark a bit more interest. The best way to prove that the grass isn't always greener is to let them actually have a go.

Most likely they will find out first hand that it takes a little more than a fleeting interest in the NT scene to be a success as manager. However it could work out and its worth a punt even if its just for that.

imho I remember you asking via sk mail for training of youths. I think I had one and I did listen to what you asked of me. I don't spend a great deal of time on here but my patriotic duty kicked in and I would do it again if asked. Apart from you I don't think I have had any more contact with the NT manager (and I have had a couple of potential players). Not a criticism, just fact. Quite happy to train if asked (currently training a couple of potential England gk's). I think you must of got fed up or overwhelmed coz I remember it took a while for you to respond when I asked questions of you, but you did respond. I certainly won't be running for NT manager !!!

Dont stray off, it should be the best qualified gets the job not someone to be used to prove a point.

But you selected & supported the wrong people to take it forwards - what exactly does that mean? Who did I select to take it forward? I had no help apart from at the start.....I really do not understand that statement, please expand on this and tell me what you mean.

We are very unlikely to win the WC even with a top manager. Encouraging a lower league manager to take the role will at least prove that a change isn't always best, maybe then we can stop all this bleating.

I have to say all you've done is spout alot platitudes but put forward not alot of information about how you'd make the England NT 'great again'.

Having a go at ermejo isn't a good thing and others said at least he is active on the forums.
