I am running for the National team, I believe now is the time and a full speech will follow tomorrow. Sorry for the wait but its worth it.

Speech
I am running for NT because I know I have the credentials and the experience to run for the National Team Manager. I don't know what you all think of my management or what you all think of me as but one thing is clear, I am in Div.II and has been there for 2 seasons and this season will be my 3rd. The team finished 6th in the first and then 4th and this season I am aiming for 2nd or 1st. I am a very ambitious person and I always aim and I do not settle for less which means I always achieve my goals whatever they may be. Div.II is definitely a different calibre and for me to even make it there hasn't been anything of luck, I believe it is more then luck to get promoted and still be in the division for the 3rd season running and now looking good for 3rd 2nd or 1st.
My Team Info
I believe I have the ability to work with any squad that is given. For instance my team, we used to have a 22 man squad but I had to make changes to my training and because I am training defenders it was a big transition which has hit my finances pretty hard so I had to tighten the budget and well we are doing well to now look up as for last season not many signings was made and I had to manage a squad that many would think they are not good enough for div II, all the best players of the squad are gone and I had to delve into the market to build a new team. But even with the new team we achieved a respectable 4th place position and I do not think that is luck with the team I had to build from.
Experience with my team and NT
I have managed now for 11 seasons winning 4 trophies and obviously 2 promotions in my team. I have never been relegated.
I have managed the NT of Nigeria on two occasions and this experience was necessary because I had to make sure that the U21 and the youth was in place. My highest ranking achievement was a movement from 70 to 65, still an achievement. But I have done my best to bring through young players for the team.
Plans for England NT
My plans for England are simple, try and win the world cup after doing well to qualify from what I thought was a very hard to contend in with teams such as Spain and Canada. I believe in my goals and I always work hard to achieve my goals no questions asked. My player policy is very simple if the player is good enough no matter what team he plays for, he will be given a chance. I will also encourage, although simpler to do it in England than it was to do for the Nigerian national team. I will be encouraging users to focus on youth a lot and will also be in constant communication with the U21 manager whoever it maybe, because I believe that without youth players the future would not look good for England so that would need to be addressed.

I'm sure there was a couple of others too.
On the NT related side:
How do you feel your previous NT experience with Nigeria will serve you in the England role?
How do you feel your campaign this time will be different to some of your early campaigns. What knowledge do you feel you have gained since then?

yh I know but I only wrote kenn10 cos thats my DJ name and every one calls me it so it rolls of my head but no plans to even change my user name.
NT Side:
I believe that I needed to become the NT manager of Nigeria to know what it is like. Despite this being my first job it was not easy far from it, in my experience I had to work extremely hard with tactics and finding players for a small country and i learned every week of the job. What that may benefit me with England NT, well with a bigger country the experience would help me handle pressure easier.
I had only ran twice for the England if memory serves me correctly and I have came 3rd then 2nd and in those times I have been told that I have no experience, what I have gained now is a better tactical and player knowledge and most importantly, experience in the job. I am not going to boast and say I was the best thing since sliced bread but here are some stats:
I took over in 2010-08-28 and this is my record since then
5 Wins 2 Draws 5 Loss
I personally dont feel it was a bad campaign in all fairness I feel all the experiences have served me well in my club team and it will do wonders for me in the England team. I am not a guy to panic i am a very calm person who takes it one game at a time.
I can never promise a victory draw or defeat but I can only promise hard work and an entertaining match.

I think this is exactly what the English community needs... Someone who is a well known character, someone who has experience with sokker, and someone who is a master tactician
I think this will do wonders for the results of the team, and also increase the interest in NT games amongst the English SK community

The group well we wouldn't be a good team if we don't get pass this hurdle. I think that being in that group will show everyone what England is like against the best and I believe this group is necessary for us to prove to the world what we can do as a nation. We all want to have an easy group, boy wouldnt I wish for an easier group to begin with lol but I think with the players we have we can go all the way. Every team is beatable!

As deadline approaches, I joined the race very late but I just have a few words to say as I do not need to say much. My record speaks for itself when I was in Div. III i wasnt even seen as a team to get into Div.II with the squad I had and even when I got into Div II. every one expected me to go down but I am still there for the 3rd season running and I myself aiming for 1 - 3rd place. I am very good at one thing and that is squad management and very good with tactics. Look at what I have achieved with the side i put out over the years.
