Subject: why vote for an already failed england manager for a second term

;)

let me live to the expectations first and run one of the least successfull NT spells first!

jokes apart, playing a few U26 matches this year after the WC and next week (to avoid injuries to the fiorst teamers), those high level 24-26yo do benefit from the extra training coming from the NT and ensure there is a new life after the aging stars start to srop skills

In real life yes, in sokker? No

If users need encouraging to train players they shouldn't of bothered buying the player in the first place.
It takes a few select idiots to spend a few 100k on a trainee and not to train them.

I also remember a lot of posts about users not bothering updating players to the NT! So are they that bothered about the player being in the NT anyway? Let alone encouraging them to train them.

Its the same thing on repeat season after season! Its clearly not working as we just keep slipping in the rankings.

Also the age range of players between 22-25 I'd say they are the most likely players to keep getting trained, why? Because they are the players that win you club matches.

The only reason they fall off the radar is because they get transfered the user they go to isn't bothering updating them.

isn't there a program where it shows you the best ratings of players in each country anyway?

this can also be the reason why they don't. a decent player in this age group would start for most teams with up to 60 in ratings. so teams buy the player as someone who can be in the team for up to 10 seasons, but they train a different position so the player misses out.

yes there is a program but it has only just being re-made after 2 or 3 seasons without it.
