Subject: why vote for an already failed england manager for a second term

2011-10-25 18:25:43
Managing England is a complete honour

Never forget that please

Have a look at the continuous poor performances & results of the old NT Managers - then try & justify their vote’s time & time again

If you count 3 semi finals and 1 final appearance as poor for a game dominated by Poland, then yes we have all failed and clearly need a change of direction.

Spot on. I know I've always tried to train my own junior squad players for a long time. Went on a 10 season barren run, but got quite a few decent players coming through now. A lot of England's past success was being propped up by a handful of managers training players just a bit longer than they should. Others quickly caught on to that idea though.

Past history count as very little tbh - it's the future that matters most

I count the lack of Managers supporting England Youth as a very poor performance

Try & hide it as best you can mr gibbage - but the NT Managers in the past have FAILED

Lack of Youth training = lack of NT success (simples)

Make your mind up!

That's your problem, + the other few OTT Managers that believe you own Sokker England

What is needed is for ALL the active Managers to join in with a Youth Academy & own Sokker England & kick you old farts into touch

Not just you elite few - Sokker England is for the majority not the minority

Come on you Div III Managers - vote for a good comms Manager next time

I do actually own Sokker England, can show you the deeds if you like.

'vote for a good comms Manager next time'

who? i want the best for England, and will always vote for who i think will do the best job.
2011-10-25 18:54:31
That I believe - & you can take it down at your leisure
2011-10-25 18:56:21
Have you forgotten that you are actually in II not III?
2011-10-25 18:57:06
Youth success - needs to inspire England Managers IMHO

The old guard England Managers fail time & time again (no surprise to me)

It's just facts not fiction
2011-10-25 18:59:20
No - I know I am an in II

But I would vote for a quality III Manager - if he could support the Youth of England

I urge everyone not to stray from Sharoni's point its very valid for our future and NCFC past manager deserve more respect than that
2011-10-25 19:04:20
if he could support the Youth of England

So you wouldn't support a female user, such as karen should she choose to run?
2011-10-25 19:08:22
NCFC can i ask what would you do to encourage more people to post in NT threads?
before i got the u21 job i was like you, where i thought i would get everyone interested in the NT, and make us a better community. in reality it's very hard. if i'm lucky i'll get 2 replies to my match threads. i also tried to do a competition in my first season with wdp, but again no one bothered with it.

i actually think that "the old guard" are extremely helpful to anyone new that comes to the forums, and if according to you they aren't good enough with the experience they've had at the highest level, what makes you think you could do better?

Last post

As we need to all support the newly voted NT Manager

I just hope next time - the support of Youth of England get's the vote & not the current
