Subject: why vote for an already failed england manager for a second term

You dont need to be the NT manager to do so . Introducing new and exciting idea's now will also stand you in good stead for the next elections I'd have thought.

leave him to it, this 7 pages long and 4 of those 7 pages are about him just saying the same thing even when people brought out good ideas and opinions

anyone willing to help with initiatives, competitions, scouting or anything else just give us a shout

i'm open to pretty much everything, could play a team made of players from the lower divisions only in one of the friendlies for example

Numerous managers u21 and full NT have tried getting the community involved, some have worked for a while and then failed some never worked..

But it is not the sole responsibility of the u21 or NT manager to make the NT work. They cant force people to train for the benefit of england so in reality the failure of the NT falls squarely on the shoulders of the community as a whole not the few that have tried in vain to make a difference.



i never intended for this to go on this long and it was never my intention to single out any users if anyone feels that i did that i apologise now.



This is my opinion of why the NT is failing but others may have a different view

LOL you have been called out. So many users have now asked you what ideas do you have? If you are indeed what is needed, fresh ideas etc, please DO ENLIGHTEN us for once instead of dodging giving any answers....I would be happy to support you if:

1) You stop bleating on about old managers being a failure....without saying why.

2) Tell us what your ideas are so that we know you are the real deal rather than a "SpinDoctor" because at the moment I am thinking about sending your speches to the Labour Party or the Raving Loony Party....not sure what one yet.

Then again if you expand rather than saying nothing we would know......

In my opinion it will definitely give you experience to take over the NT at some point. The players will not be new to you at all...

I want to but I dont know where or what he wants me to do. I dont know whether its right or wrong for me to wait for him to approach me which is what I am doing atm but ok how can I help in the NT?

You will be waiting a LOOOOOOOONG time if you expect the NT manager to randomly start mailing you and ask for your help.
