Subject: What to do with this guy?

Pulled three weeks ago and now looks like this:
Stan Pottenger, age: 18
club: Jotun ISK, country: England,
value: 134 850 £, wage: 1 335 £,
unearthly form, adequate tactical discipline,
height: 184 cm
poor stamina unsatisfactory keeper
solid pace excellent defender
weak technique excellent playmaker
excellent passing poor striker
Has popped in pace, tech, playmaker and striker. Am I right in thinking that the highest skill a junior can have is low excellent, in which case there should be no more randoms for a while as the only non-popped skills were excellent when pulled?
I normally train the striker skills and am just about to move to tech, which Pottenger needs, but after that he won't be going anywhere really, as striker is next on the list.
I'm assuming he is talented and should be of use to England in the future, and I do have a decent training set up with an all unearthly head coach and three magical assistants.
He might be the best junior I have pulled, depending on his talent, so I could keep him and base my training around him, presumably left sided skills and playmaking (plus defender or not?), or I could cash in now and hope he goes to someone who will keep training him.
Just wondering what people would do, and how they'd train him.
Bet he gets a 28 day injury in his next game.

He isn't injured yet, but it is bound to be the first of many injuries..
I would train him in pace as he is young, then you can decide if he is good for mid or def...
Talent looks likely. If you train his MID skills then definately keep him. He will be an u21 regular with the right training.
Also, a player can come out with 10.99 for a skill; I have had randoms to formidable in the first week.

Unfortunately I 'm coming to the end of my planned pace training. Might give it slightly longer to check his next pop speed.
Ah, maybe I just invented the notion of low excellent max skill for youths.
Cheers.
Cheers.
i would love to get him into my team and i think a few other english users would
i see him as a future great MID
if you are planning to sell (before he gets that 28 days injury) let us know

with talent he'll definitely be a future u21 player :) with your coaches i would do the one more pace pop, and then on to tech, then sell him when you move on to striker whenever that is.
however that's from an u21 point of view, if it's best for you to sell, then make sure you get someone english interested to try and keep him in England :)

I've got 3.6mill I would happily put as a starting bid not sure if I would get him for that though
