I just want to know with the new system how can talent be measured with juniors.
The same way as before but it's much less certain of the players exact talent.
Take exit skill, subtract entry skill and then use that number to divide by how many weeks they were in school, e.g.
Exit very good [9], entry weak [4], weeks in school [20]
Talent = 4
But as the coach is guessing all the time, including at entry and exit, there is no way to know for sure.
If they play regular games and are in the school for a while, perhaps a more accurate way is to ignore the first and last pops and work it out from there.

hate the new system,my junior coach is brilliant appraisel and cost me around 18k per week,used to get alot of juniors come through but ever since the system has changed the best ive had is outstanding,and thats from a good 25 youths...the fact that it drops is stupid in my opinion...for example i got a junior come in at solid 28 he actually popped at very good when i got him,due to down levels he only went up 1 level in 28 weeks thats pathetic tbh...hate it.
Juniors cant come in at an actual solid level.
They can come in as 'excellent' but that doesnt mean they are ;)

best start lvl used to be good so id presume its the same now just coaches are overpaid and aint got a clue how to asses their juniors
