Subject: [nt] Election - General Discussions

2012-01-30 16:43:17
In case anyone hasn't noticed, elections for the NT have started again.

I assume tom is going back for the U21s, but who for the full NT?

**This is not for you standing for election, just general discussions**

Hi there,

I'd like to be the next coach of England.

I play Sokker since 2006 and I have a lot of experience with NTs to be part of teams in Italy NT as scout few seasons ago and today I am part of Italian NT U21 team.
I also was a member of Philippinas NT U21 and Belarus with Berlusoni (user not italian ex minister ;) ).

I think my experience should be a valid alternative after ermejo work.
2012-01-30 17:02:12
ermejo doesn't want to continue?
2012-01-30 17:03:37
He told me not, but anyway we have to ask him, if he will continue I give up, as we are friends
:)

If you are standing probably best make your own topic.

running for [nt] speech to be up soon
2012-01-30 21:49:27
i'm not running again

ken, you asked for the database login and barely used it, in fact last time you logged in there was more than longer ago and also had a lack of log ins with your own team which by the way got relegated

any reason why?

It seems that Evertonian is standing. I thought he was quitting. Going to wait for the speeches after the chopping and changing of last few seasons.

It was like watching the US presidential race.

Will it be like that again this year?
2012-02-01 10:34:20
yes i rarely have time, my deejaying picked up recently and cw piled up, so only log in to see my team i only wished i had more time at that period.
2012-02-01 17:51:40
You said you were running for elections

yes i rarely have time

Surely we wouldnt want a coach who doesnt have time. Or when you refering to that period only?
2012-02-03 23:43:02
yh you are right now is the wrong time, i am unfit for the job i thought i could make time but my new timetable and job is unkind to me!

Group E

1. France
2. England
3. USA
4. Azərbaycan
5. Guatemala
6. Ghana
7. U.A.E.

Not actually a straight forward group. USA on the slide a bit these days, but Azerbaycan are defo banana skins and weren't too far off qualifying one season. France know all about Guatalama, the other 2 should be straight forward enough though.

USA is a strong opponent from the 3rd pot, but like you said, they aren't at their best this days, Azerbaycan is a rising NT, still don't think they are good enough at the moment to take the 2nd place here (unless they will be really lucky..), and funny to see France with Guatemala again, this could play to your hands..

Are we really only going to have one English candidate stand in the elections?

NCFC should clearly be going for the u21 role due to lack of experience and the goals he wants to achieve (but isn't because a strong candidate is already in place, I imagine).

There are 2 reasons I won't stand; lack of desktop access and the fact it doesn't matter who is at the helm, there is not enough incentive for the average user to get involved with the NT's.
