I am an Italian Sokker manager since 2006.
I love Sokker engine and editing/studying tactics.
I believe in working in team and I'll want to create a good group to work with, I asked to ermejo to collaborate with me and if all other scouts wants, they can be with me.
I've working with NT Italy staff, current NT Italy U21 staff, NT Belarus with berlusconi and NT Singapore U21 with ale70.
I know this is a NT with potentiality, with future. Ermejo did a great job I know 'cause I had monitored him in the last month.
I hope that you are agree with me the NT has potentiality and in order to continue the growth of this country I think I am the right candidate.
In the future, I would like monitoring players and mantain contact with the managers in order to look at the best, and about the world cup, history is simple, there are a top 5 teams and me and my staff will put everything we know to obtain the best result as possible.
Simply studying opponent tactics, studying our players (and spying), share with the community our decisions and later I'll take a decision on the best choice.
I don't promise the win of the World Cup, this should be good but I offer to all of you truth and trasparency of management.
My focal point is not to have a single season experience but it's to have here a long career, together.
I edit this message because I was thinking about this..
One of the most important point is that I am not the gamer who believe to be a CT is a personal honour, I think to be a CT is a common road to be walk togheter. I should use my Sokker experience to valorize your player, the motor engine of NTs are players and the motor engine of players are managers, so you all are important.
That's why I think that truth and trasparency are the first two rules of my eventually election.
I'd like to play friendlies with ex youth NT, for example 23, 24 and 25 yo that has less chances to play to have players with experience for the future.
It's also important play with players of England teams, instead of England players of foreigners if possible, to have you all a little return on market value.
Market is a part of Sokker so we have to study the best way to reach results on the field and results on your teams.

No matter who will be the next CT but I believe the last one week (week 0) he should play with U23 team, and note U23 are yesterday's U22

Where do you think England should be in the NT rankings and why?
It's just a stupid compare but if we have a look at Italian Nt and England Nt we see that there are not so many diffences between both best eleven.

Last season in the U21 elections there was a "surprise" candidate who was not far off getting more votes than tom, despite never having made a post or anything during the election process. In order to win the election, you may have to get all floating voters to vote for you. How do you plan to do this?
you say you've worked with quite a few NT's before, so presumably you've picked up some good experience with tactics and what's needed to run our NT successfully. do you have any examples of games where your tatics have helped overcome a stronger opponent, or even helped you get a bigger win than expected against weaker opposition?

The season just ended I win the 4th and win the qualification match, now I'm in 3rd.

Tommik NT World Champions with Eesti asked me to be his ViceCT for the Italy NT candidature, I accepted but in case of England NT I will dismiss.
I know it sounds not so much friendly to ear but that's my clear history so I know I can help the England community that's my goal.

Later to get on wednesday our team (Later only a form update) and si ce wed to friday/staturday to discuss about tactic posting examples and waiting for a brain-storming. Sokker is like a chess play so I like to share with my stuff and get the victories all togheter.
So I can't say I have a my own NT match but the funniest tactic was a my own used in a Belarus match with a double winger on the same side! And we won, LOL.

I was going to ask about this as it'll be interesting to see which tactical changes are made, you could be dominating a game and unluckily be 2-0 down and change tactics which plays into the opponents hands, certainly it's an interesting new aspect, but everyone will be learning at the same time as to how much of a change you can make.

In my own team I am limited to use a tactic adapted to players and training system.
I usually used a 4-1-3-2 alternate to a 4-5-1 system where I used 5 youth defenders, one as defensive mid, one winger and one offensive mid.
One attacker should play in the 4-5-1 as a very large ATT like a winger on his side but becoming a FW when the ball is in the opposite side.
The core of my playing system are the defensive mid, offensive mid and winger. There are a lot of fluidity in my matches and you should see for example in the last one match against FC Maracaibo.
You will see my that my tactic seems to be the same but each sunday I arranged it to the opponent, so it's not a simple 442 or 451 but are many tactics with the same players.

At first I will be present on forum discussing about matches and tactics used so everyone should see the match and compare live with tactics.
I would like to create a sort of Best Of England players of England managers, sorted out by role and age so everyone should understand how to optimize his trainings. Forums are not so popular and we togheter have to study some fun thread to envolve the community.
I haven't a solution and the first step will be discuss togheter and create new threads to discuss of Sokker.

I think at first an overdo of this solutions will be not a winning rule, so at first I will study what will appen.
Anyway I think there are few issue to test like move the winger to the opposite or play with two wingers that become two offensive mid and see what will change.

I think it's an accurate reflection because of you have not the right experience to grow faster, 'cause England managers are relative youngs and there are so many differences between first, second and third league. In Italy for example we have third division squad who won the cup with 70 rating, like Ermejo in your first league. This means that at lower division you have to fight and study opponent in a deeper way.
