About my way to select a tactic and best XI I have to add this.

I think it depends on the level of risk / severity of opponents you are prepared to accept a tactic and on which features you want to use. If you want rock solid stability, then maybe you get an old one of yours you are comfortable, adapted to his frequent moves.

If you are prepared for a risk, happy to play with your opponent and don't need to loose or win, you have to test a new team.
It would depend on when you plan to play.

But in both of cases I'd like to discuss with the staff.


About the NT staff I would like to play with ermejo and others with a NT background like ale70, Berlusconi, Barros and maxifox that I already know.
Added to them I would like to find some english guys who wants to partecipate to the all NT stuff.. No way to plays with the NT instead of me, but just collaborate discussing opponents and tactics, editorial topics and players.
In my opinion staff have to be open, who wants to collaborate is wellcome, this is your NT not mine, and this is one important point because I saw a lot of time NT managers who think their the owner of a NT, not in my case. I am just a temporary manager.

I think it should be necessary to have an hidden forum where discuss of England players, hidden 'cause players skill should be a secret. And where discuss the tactical decisions :P

Wasn't trying to be unfair, just figured as I had asked NCFC that question I should be fair & give you the chance to answer too.

Maybe for you is pretty simple to get the first elevens sort out by value but imho this is Hattrick, not Sokker.

In sokker you have to know his skill, you have to think about the player you have and the tactical position! You should use the best 5 defenders but with a wrong line position or with a wrong lineup, wingback instead of central defenders for example.

I love Sokker because if you have 11 players and one tactic, two manager will plays in two differents way.

It also looks like you also have many other Italians lined up to become your staff. Will it be a requirement for them to have a good level of English (your English is pretty good which isn't an issue, I'd just be a bit concerned that tactical discussions in an NT forum for example would be in Italian if other staff members didn't know the language)?

Every discussion will be in English!
I really don't have a staff but I know that other guys should collaborate with me and me with them too :)
Berlusconi works for Belarus, Supercel7 for Latvija and ale70 for Singapore, Barros and I collaborate for Philippinas U21 and both of them love to discuss of tactic with the community in English, that's why I'd like to be with them.
Sorry, added, and ermejo should help us deeply 'cause he is living in UK ;)

You asked my to analyse the ermejo work.. it's not fun for him and for me too.
Anyway his experience is part of my NT staff and I am very proud of it.

ermejo was only 1 season though.

I know, but it's the same I prefer not judge others.

1) Can you give an example where your tactics have made you outperform based on the rating between you and your opponent. (This could still have meant you lost, but not as badly as expected)

Finally I found that one, used in Belarus against Ukraine.
Berlusconi and me we was not so sure to get a draw... and we won :)))
