hi everyone sorry for the hundreds of posts and threads :p
i promise a proper speech is coming soon, but been very busy sorting the home nations competition out for us, and getting updates on our 20 and 19yo's. sent about 50 mails out today for players lol :p

so here's my speech.
i have really enjoyed my first 3 seasons as u21 manager. it has given me that extra depth to the game at a point when i don't have much interest in my own team apart from training my strikers, and i'd love to carry on for as long as everyone will have me. so why vote for me?

i believe that i have helped England a lot with the development of our countries NT's. i have worked hard to find and track our best players, making sure that they get the right training, and have tried to find English homes for a lot of our players. the players that i helped from 16 or 17 are now starting to reach the u21 side, and i've noticed an improvement in the quality of our players, and our 18 and 19yo's are looking exceptional in most areas which shows what the England community as a team is achieving.

i have tried my best to communicate with all users that have a player, or are interested in the NT, and i'm always willing to give advice or talk about NT issues with our users. sometimes i feel that some of the stuff falls on deaf ears, but i'm happy for even 1 user to post on the threads.

i am happy with our results as a whole. we have qualified for the world cup again, and we will probably get a tricky group due to coming 2nd in the qualifiers, but i think we have the ability to beat everyone on our day. i will be hoping to do better than last time, and reach the knockout stages. from there luck will play a big part, but like i say although we'll be underdogs i think we could be dark horses of the competition and have the potential to do well.
after the world cup i will be looking to play our younger players to give them a training boost, and to start putting squads together for future seasons.

overall, i hope that no one's getting bored of me, and that you should vote for me due to my hard work at developing our players up to 21, and that you believe i am also the right person to lead our youngsters onto the pitch every friday ;)
