I see that you are still unable to see my questions. Therefore I shall repost for ALL to see once again and look forward to a reply of sorts.


Your conduct on the forums particularly within the last elections was not becoming for a future NT manager, are you planning to change how you discuss these things during this election or afterwards as well?

Apparently all other managers have been total failures, what is your stance on this?

1) Can you give an example where your tactics have made you outperform based on the rating between you and your opponent. (This could still have meant you lost, but not as badly as expected)

2) How many tactics have you used in the last season and can you show that you’ve shown tactical fluidity? (4/5 at the back, winger/no winger, 1/2/3 up front)

3) How will you improve the interest of forum users in the National Team? (including those who don’t have any NT calibre players)

4) Given the introduction of both the option of a second tactic and the increase in number of conditional orders subs will become more than just fresh faces, how do you see this affecting how you set up your tactics and side/squad selection?

5) England are currently ranked 34th do you see this as an accurate reflection of our standing within the game, and if not what would be an accurate reflection?

6) What do you see as a realistic aim for the next WC?

You talk a lot about building from grass roots & using players from III & IV.

Can you name me your England first XI from these lower divisions?

1) Same question Tom asked. The answer is I don't have any

2) I have 4 tactics saved - but tend to stick to a 4-3-3 as it get's the best from the players I can afford within my Club

3) Direct communication to get interest from NT potentials. More wider 'Club related' threads to try & gain more interest globally

4) It gives more options to consider in every match. I would judge it on a match per match basis

5) The rankings don't lie - that's were we are atm

6) To have more enthusiasm & support for the NT. More J/S's identified & producing quality young players to be trained. More communication & forum activity.

Can you name me your England first XI from divisions III / IV - Player links making up a first XI to be picked would be ideal. Formation & subs will be helpful too.

No idea where you got the notion that I want an England 1st XI from Div III/ IV

So therefore I cannot give you a list - as it's not relevant

2 – Communication. Talking to all levels of Club Managers is very much needed to get more people enthused & feeling part of the NT set-up.

The past Managers have been great tacticians, but over recent seasons have left no forward momentum in improving England as a top class Nation.

I intend to communicate directly with Div III & IV Managers to ensure they are fully aware of the opportunity that exists to support their Club & in tandem the NT

I will also look to play players from all levels within Sokker England, & support the development of our young/new talents (both Managers & players) as much as possible.

My question doesn't suggest that you will choose to play a team exclusively from III / IV, but if you honestly plan to involve teams from III / IV or 'Build from grass roots' you will need to play these guys in some games.

So again my question, i'll bold it so its clear what is being asked:

Can you name me your England first XI from divisions III / IV?

lol its a game some of you lot need to take a chill pill and realize its not a REAL interview although it does make for good reading and id hope the england 11 from the 3rd and 4th div would all come from my team just so you know

don't think so :P i got a couple of youngsters coming though :P and hopefully a few more in a few weeks.

I just thought the idea was that candidates answer the questions asked (as opposed to random questions they make up).

Its always frustrated me, its why people get sick of MP's all canned statements without answering any questions or giving any real information.

I'm not going to state a DivIII/IV England 1st or even 2nd XI team as I never intend having one

I hope that is clear enough answer

Working with Div III/IV Managers & working on a training plan, whilst also encouraging J/S's, does not mean or intimate in any way - that the entire or even the majority or even perhaps any of the England 1st XI or even 2nd XI will be from Div III/IV

I would decide how many young trainee development players will be part of the squad if (a) I get elected to do the job (b) I have scouted & talk to all the Managers that have the potential players available

I would also like to echo some sensible voices - that this is a GAME & not a serious life challenging experience - so please don't get frustrated

It is a bonkers question - particularly for the Italian - but your attitude towards it is worse.

He isn't saying you will pick all your players from III/IV, he's just asking you to name a first 11 using them. Why is that so hard to understand?
