I wish to further explain my concern about the chicken at the food cart around the corner from my office. I mean, everyone knows that food costs money. The cart, located in Philadelphia (not the middle of Iowa or some other out of the way bumpkin spot where gas still costs 34 cents), charges $4.00 for a massive tin that has 1 inch of rice, like 15 pieces of broccoli and then about 15 pieces of General Tso's "chicken." That amount of chicken at the local supermarket would cost about $3 itself. So there is no way it is chicken. I'm figuring it is cat, because, well, there don't seem to be many wandering the streets in that block. Makes sense, right?

General Tso pays the wholesale price. Not the price you as a consumer would have to pay.

So yes, on balance, it's cat.
