Subject: [NT] England Team Newsdesk
If he knows what he is doing, it won't matter whether there is tactics to copy or not.
A very good start for the England campaign - with 2 lucky wins & 1 heavy defeat to France
Anyone interested in helping out the England NT are very very welcome
The league standard your Club currently plays at is not important - just some fun, enthusiasm & commitment is needed to take our proud England team forwards

Already mailed you with my interested in helping out :-) let me know is there's anything i can do!
I certainly will - I've had a very busy R/L time, but I promise to catch up next week with Sokker
Don't worry, not a complaint! Congrats on the good start!
ill help you out with what i dont know just give me a shout
When I took over there were few/no tactics set and squad had been set up for u24 games. Pretty common situation due to squad size limits and allowing new manager to create tactics on their style. No conspiracy.

To be fair, ermejo didn't do overly well in his NT stint, so to then go and use his tactics would be almost like shooting yourself in the foot!
They seem to be working well againist your team though
Shame they aren't the same thing! With clubs you build a couple of tactics to suit your players, NT with any sort of level of resources (which is most bar small countries where there is no depth in squad quality full stop), you build tactics and then fit the players into it.

i understand where your coming from but the new manager has already stated that he is not so tactically aware maybe having some good tactics already there that he could maybe get ideas from would of been good.
An announcement on the new NT staffing & responsibilities should be available for release by tomorrow PM
New ideas are being conisidered - so watch this space

The NT staff are now being finalised - & it's looking very good
Anyone still interested in being part of the NT scene right now (no matter if you are a top Prem Manager or bottom LIV Manager) please drop me a mail
Enthusiasm, & just being positive are the main strengths I am looking for
The structure will include new NT empowered staff positions - so everyone is very welcome to become part of the new English NT revolution
Sokker is a good honest challenge - so please just enjoy being part of the England NT scene - win or lose it's just a game

Players need to be proposed by every Wednesday latest – so Tom & I can agree the final selection of the 1st XI & subs (only by exception will we not accept an A/C’s recommendation of players)
We will always have 2 tactics per match – so it is expected that we will need 2 x GK’s, 7 x Defenders, 7 x Midfield (inc wingers) 5 x Strikers proposed per match
Scouting players can be done by match stats in the 1st instance – then full skill & training details collected & added onto DB if deemed appropriate
Communication direct to all LIII/IV Managers, requesting involvement to support the Asst NT Coaches, specific skill details, training advice of potential NT players & advice on starting &/or running a Junior School (assuming Prem/LII Manager’s are already on board)
Please encourage other Managers to work with you – try & involve 2 or 3 enthusiastic Club Managers to support with strategic positional scouting, &/or recommendations of players to be picked for the next NT match, etc (the more Club Managers involved within the NT the merrier)
