Subject: Problem with plus

Ive contacted mr gibbage regarding this , and he posted my problem on mod forums for me but it seems no one can be bothered to rectify it.I bought plus for 2 months that takes me up to 24/04 which has been updated, yet they took the money from my bank TWICE. While im pretty pi**ed off about it i will accept a further two months added to my plus expiry date.Anyone out there that can actually help with this please?

imo sokker mods really dont give a toss....on several occasions i contacted them either through here or by email,after the 4-5th time i just gave up,no english forum mods were messaged just to clear that up...will never buy plus again...i hope u get your problem resolved sir

Did you try the email address I sk mailed you with?

Had a similar problem when I bought Plus again this year. The money was taken from my account but no plus for 7 days or so. Messaged the many different people in roles in sokker, but no answer or credit.

They really cant treat people like this and then expect people to keep renewing.

Yea i did contact them basically its not our problem contact en.payu. Apparently they dont process payments and they cant see information of when payments are made from en.payu.

Bit of an odd reply, normally if you get double charged on something like that you would have thought payment would be received twice, rather than received once and once in limbo.

I think they should send you a Herbs supporters Tshirt for that :)
