A pity you guys wandered off subject. It'd be really great to know which league I was in next season having finally got promoted after 7 seasons. Firewater Doves got stuck in league iv with an average of 45 pts per player This season won 14, 123 goals for, none against.... its a long story. It surely wouldn't too difficult for the game's administrators to let us know where we stand.
The failure to provide helpful info is one of the weaknesses of the game. Instead we get all this flossy pitch nonsense. They would have done better to redraw the leagues to help stop teams getting stuck and make it more interesting for league iii teams who have little immediate prospect of going up or down.
Anyway I will soon find out what will happen next season, and seek to survive against teams who have been able to operate on higher sponsorship income and gate receipts.
