Slightly editted your title so people know which NT you are running for.
What would your aims for the season be for the U21s? Would you do the job on your own or would you have people helping you out?

Of course I'll need help , U21 players arise every day . Most important for me is observation talented players .
Aims? and long term strategy in detail please...
Aims hmmm ... Naturally being number 1 U21 in sokker . Strategy ... monitoring players from U16 and rewarding managers for progress the players .
you give me 6 pts in a league i give you a vote :)
Ok Simon... I have this player (not english on porpuse)
Angel Ielcean , age 21
value: 188 550 £
wage: 2 070 £
magical [15] form
very good [9] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
solid [8] pace incredible [13] defender
average [5] technique average [5] playmaker
average [5] passing weak [4] striker
How do you suggest training him for the NT?
Long term training plan...

Is too weak for the U21 team . I wrote about finding players U16 U17 U18 U19 . U20 and U21 should be ready to play in NT .
example :
Jonathon Bickford, Age:18
club: Unipart Oxford, country: England
Value: 85 750 $, Wage: 1 225 $
solid Form, adequate Tactical discipline
height: 186
poor stamina, hopeless keeper
very good pace, solid defender
adequate technique, poor playmaker
weak passing, poor striker
As you can see he has a weak stemina , I would reward manager taking this player to NT if he start trained stemina and as you know it is not profitable for this menager .

how do you think we'll do in our group for next season? which teams do you think will be tough to beat? and what will your approaches be to the hard, and easy games we will have?
1. France
2. England
3. Israel
4. Zhonggou
5. El Salvador
6. Al-Jaza'ir
7. Tunis

I don't get it..pls explain...why would he train stamina? Just to catch the NT?
And what did you write and where about under 21 players...but most important question since you got me started:
Don't you think that your lack of English knowledge will be a draw back in communicating with your team (not to mention other English managers)? I am foreign myself but I try to express as good as I can but I can hardly understand you ...mate...

Can you give examples of the different tactics you have used over the previous season & why you felt each tactic would be most effective?
