China can be tricky...don't underestimate them. They played a good qualifications, they have a very good winger and a very decent striker.

i wont do, but I'm being honest when i say that there are only 3 teams that i believe can get the top 2 spots.

yes I agree with that ...France definitely are difficult but 2nd place should be quite reachable. In mini world cup some teams tend to play with U26 players so that can also work in your favor cause you have time to try new players.

sorry if I'm mistaken, but the mini world cup is for the senior team this season, and I'm running for the U21 role. So i wont be playing in the mini world cup this season and hopefully not next season, if you know what i mean ;)

upppsss...my mistake lol yep I know what you mean....I believe you can get 2nd spot, with some luck and tactical work you can surprise France........everyone has weak points in his tactics :) . So in this case forget china.....it was my lapsus! This is one moment in life when you feel....errrmmm.....stupid! lol

Can you give examples of the different tactics you have used over the previous season & why you felt each tactic would be most effective?

i will be standing for election again for the U21's. i will right another speech, however i am very busy at work today so ill have to write one later if i have time, or tomorrow. However as always all questions are welcome and ill try to answer them as quickly as possible.

yo peeps. After a great qualifying season, and taking 2nd spot by 4 clear points, i really want to stay on with the England U21's and take the new crop of players to the WC. I feel that we have a 'decent' set of players, that can take the world cup by surprise.

The last game we played we got out played on average marks to france by about 8 points, and they only played 1 20 year old player, we played 5, and had another 2 on the bench, however we still managed to beat the then ranked 8th best team in sokker. I also stated on a few occasions in the association what type of tactic i'm expecting to come up ageist, and set my tactic accordingly, again the game against France is a very good example of this.

i have set us a challenging game this week against the czech republic. This is more of a test match about what our player can do, though i will state now my aim isn't to win the game (though it would be nice) but to test some of the players in the team to see if some tactics will be possible in the WC.

as always, i welcome all questions and i will get back with you as soon as possible. i have a 50 hour work week this week so i might be only able to log in 2 times a day for the next week. but i will be as active as ever come the WC. ;)

What are your aims for the team in the wc?

Though i would like to wait and see what the draw will be for our group, i would like to see us getting out of the group stages and into the last 16. Then who knows, once your there it only takes 4 more wins to get the gold. (I doubt it, but even last 8 would be very nice, and quite realistic dependant on the draw.)

For me it is very unprofessional. If you want u21 job that you do not write about national job. Or you do not believe you can not get national team job and you increase your chances with u21 job or you do not know what you want.
My opinion is - take a season break, decide what you want and what you are capable to do and than run for it.
NT job is not a job that let's see - this is a job that you must put in front of the club. This is a priority not just addition to game.

1.why you have only one own junior in your squad?
2.why you have only 6 players under 21?
3.If you care about national team - why only 1 player in your team is english?

How do you want to encourage players to have junior schools - as you do not develop juniors/players for england.

promoting english players and as nt coach u21 u shoud be link between managers to develop those players for main nt team. Results u21 are not important - development is.

To be fair, that 1st post is from last season rathet than this. daza has done a decent job with the U21s this season, qualified for the U21 WC which in my book nearly always deserves re-election.

ok, did not look at date but still if you ook at his team so no support for England. And this is what is needed from u21 coach.
