ok, did not look at date but still if you ook at his team so no support for England. And this is what is needed from u21 coach.

his work should be judge on the basis how many players he send to adult national team.

u21 coach should care about the boys and train (find the best trainees for) them.

Results are important with adult team but delivering new players to adult nt squad is the u21 job.

In all fairness we had 3 very good strikers this season, 2 defenders and our keeper that i would like to keep track of for the future of our national team. But in all fairness i doubt any player at 22 years old will play for England in a full fledged game.

Our best players this season will be the ones that got game time last season in the qualifying games, and there was quite a lot of them. I have tried to keep in contact with our player trainers that i'm sure a lot of people would agree with, especially those of you who own under some of our U21's.

Your last comment i disagree with about results not being important. if i'm put in charge of the U21's i feel like competing to gain a higher world ranking. The WC should be my top priority, and by doing this we can gain more nationalistic pride, people will want to own our players and the players we do own people wanted to train to the best of there ability so they keep there place, leading to a better quality side.

quicky because only adult nt is important.

I prefer England u21 to be 120 in ranking if every season 2-3 players will join nt 16 member squad

im not quite sure what you're asking of me with this post? i have already said i agree with getting players the right training and helping them get into the main NT, however you do have to remember this is just as a game, and as a game the main priority should be to win ;)

Though i want to continue being the coach, if you feel someone else should be it, then vote for them. But please stop posting negative comments that have no other purpose but to disarray my campaign, at least ask me questions that i can answer. By what you have posted, i'm not sure what your asking of me, if anything at all.

Yes but the most important win is to win with adult team - and to make adult team better that there are needed talented new players what should be a job for u21 coach.

if you want to go public you should accept also criticism, if you can not that go vote for saudi arabia manager - maybe their user will be silent but here it is democracy.

I can't be asked to read all this...sory but tired of politics from my country's TV stations...I will just sum it up for you guys...job well done so far... and I am sure he will do it even better in the future. You got my vote m8.

i agree that the main NT's wins are 'more important', however that doesn't chance the fact that U21's shouldn't also try and win there games.

I will fully accept criticism, and 9 times out of 10 will answer why I did something different, or why i made that choice. However i'm still confused what i have done wrong in your eyes to get such treatment. If you have any questions, then i will be more than happy to answer them, but you keep posting comments that I have very little to go off.

So ill make a list, but please ask questions, as your 'criticism' isn't even about me, or thing that I have, or haven't done.

1. i agree that the adult NT's results are 'slightly' more important
2. i agree that the recognition of the youth players in the U21's is good, and it's the best way for spotting the future NT players.
3. I don't agree that the results are pointless, i think every game the coach should at least, try to beat his opponent.
4. Our world ranking is important, it's how we are ranked with other countries, and for an online game, positioning means a lot.

i'm not one to moan, but if you're running in the same election as someone your not meant to post in their thread.

it is democracy and this is public debate so you should discuss with other candidates and at least ask for discussion to pick the best.

besides he is right, i dont see it fit for candidates to post in each other's threads until after election...

Did not have a proper candidate except erikr but as he did not candidate i considered daza also but after his immature behaviour i decided not to give him a vote this season.

Before professional election there should be always debate so i do not understand your point of view.
