Did not have a proper candidate except erikr but as he did not candidate i considered daza also but after his immature behaviour i decided not to give him a vote this season.

Before professional election there should be always debate so i do not understand your point of view.

its not just my opinion, its also been the general rule for a long time... here

I certainly would have thought that you should know this already seeing as you're a much more experienced manager than me...

I think we should get back to dazza cause this is his weapon for the campaign...pls do not go off topic.
Ask relevant questions and stop winning like little moppets.

Question for dazza:

What do think of this ideea? Once a year we organize a few special friendlies (I know it all about players needing match practice and so on). In these friendlies we make a team selection from 4th league (even if they are not normal NT requirement ...we just make a best of league 4 match) same for 3 and same for 2...same for foreigners just to get everyone involved. How do people get involved? They have to propose 2 players (max) from their team on the forum (we create a special post) Out of the proposed ones you draft the team for the friendly.

This way it would be fun if I know that I don't have NT material but I sill have a chance to have a player in a friendly and that might get me to try and reach the actual level of the NT material in the future...

Is just a draft and the Ideea could be different but I think that you get the point...

As above, not really a place to do campaigning. I'll open a general election thread.

Agreed.

I know that we have loads of rules to follow but they are there to keep everything hunk dory.

Keep the threads specific to the guy or gal standing and use the general post for banter.

Also please make sure candidate posts are fair with no slating unfairly.

i like the idea's concept, but its not very practical. the coaches main priority is that the star players get as much playing time as possible to help there training for future games and the adult NT.

as well as this in my opinion, others might disagree, results mean a lot so i want to be playing my strongest squad. ;)

Yo guys :) as always I will try to keep my speech quite short as I feel most of the English community will already know me and I speak to a lot of you about your player by Sk mail.

Ok so I'm standing for another term as U21, and I'm not going to beat around the bush it will be harder This season qualifying than it was last time round as the quality of players in England is falling.. And I don't think it's down to use trying hard to keep that level up, I think it's mostly down to our user base falling.

In my opinion we had a good WC run, winning our group what we where 3rd favourites in then getting an unlucky draw against a stronger team in Germany, what I feel we were unlucky not to win. Since then I have been trying to use different under 20 / 19 year old players to see what they are capable of against some of the better teams in sokker, and to be quite frankly we don't compare. However without a shadow of a doubt we should come in the top 2 from any group we get put into for the WC group stage, as I feel the last 2 seasons of me being in charge have been a positive with us having less user, yet still increasing our national ranking :)


As always I'm open to question, what I will try to answer to the best of my abilities :)

I have a bit of weird question, but, if you win the election again is this intending to be the last time that you stand or are you thinking of carrying on past this election too? Thanks.

Due to the falling user numbers what can we do to get the best out of the English users that we currently have?

At the top of our game, the teams don't have English players, we need to change that but it's clear that isn't the priority of these managers. So how do we change that? I guess that isn't the priority of the U21 manager though ;-)

Failing that, what incentives can we give to users of other nations in order to get them to train English players for us?
