Due to the falling user numbers what can we do to get the best out of the English users that we currently have?
At the top of our game, the teams don't have English players, we need to change that but it's clear that isn't the priority of these managers. So how do we change that? I guess that isn't the priority of the U21 manager though ;-)
Failing that, what incentives can we give to users of other nations in order to get them to train English players for us?

if I'm elected again this season i would like to take the team tot he WC again as i feel that we deserved better than the last 16, it was the first defeat in the season.
the falling number of users isn't good, however as long as we have enough talented players coming though it wont be as much of a problem than some might believe. we just have to ensure that all the good young players are getting trained. to be honest we don't need other nations manger training player for us, we are very capable of doing it ourselves, and half the time foreign manger don't want to share there players skills, due to risk of injuries.
and as you know yourself we are still getting new players joining the game, and i try my best to help you out and offer advice when requested ;)

I will not give my reasons but I would stand by daza any day for the U21...he is doing all that can be done...and just needs that glass of luck to bring us the WC...hope you get reelected :)
As you have seen the "next batch" of players, do you think it will be harder or easier to qualify with them compared to the lot you qualified with?
to be honest we will be better of, the later the season gets as we have players, but every uneven mids, and loads of strikers with 2 very high skills. so it will be mostly about getting some good result towards the start of the season.
i think it will be harder this time round, without seeing what my opponents will be in the group yet, however I'm more experience now, so it swings both ways. however if something can be done to improve our chances in a game and i have the time to do it then it will be dopne, as plently of you will know.
