I have put myself forward for the U21's as Coach
Tom has done a fantastic job over the past few seasons - & I wish him well with his new responsibility with the England NT
I hope my experience with the NT will help me pull together a new & exciting U21 England squad
The ever changing environment of the U21 challenge - would be ideal for me as a very active Sokker Manager
Please vote for me - as your new U21 England Coach
Questions are very welcome

Can you give examples of the different tactics you have used over the previous season & why you felt each tactic would be most effective?
Phil - I have learnt a lot this last season with tactics at NT level (but I have still a lot to learn)
I probably know a little bit more which tactics (& alt tactics) not to use, based on some of my failures vs France & USA
To get the back line moving at the right time is still my biggest challenge - & also to get the midfield moving into positions to support the strikers, I stll need to get a lot better at
At Club level I struggle to have a lot of different tactics - as my squad is limited (no quality wingers) & that limits my opportunities to experiment (but I will have a go this season)

Tom -
El Salvador - Al-Jaza'ir - Tunis - with all due respect to these teams - we should be attacking & looking for goals to bolster our G/D
France - Israel & Zhonggou are all tough matches, & will need careful scouting to see what tactics they employ & the strength of their new squads
I believe all the matches are certainly winnable & we should top the group, if we can carve out at least 4 wins from 6 against France - Israel & Zhonggou

Just to add a bit more to my speech
I will continue to try & get more Managers involved with the England scene & also make a new enthusiastic 'war cry' for more quality J/S's to be launched or developed
J/S's are the very basis that England can prosper from - so they need more focus & attention

England U21 News desk will be introduced
The 12 pages of NT News desk was successful, with many Managers having a post on NT issues & players - so I'm sure the U21's can add to that & a lot more in the future
