I like all that :)) but what will you do if I win? I don't even know exactly what NT database is, not to mention how to use it...and I am not English either but I will bring the results. Now the main important question I have to ask and I will hold you up to that no mater who wins the elections... is:
If a candidate that is crap at the NT like I am wins...will he get all the support from all you (experienced) guys...or will you just put your pride up front and decide not to help him because he is not who you wanted to win. Will you just turn your back to the NT just because you will let anger blacken your thoughts?

I would like to see an English based Coach in charge of the English squad - as we have a large amount of Managers in England, & there are loads of quality Managers very capable of running the NT
No surprise for me - as I agree with you, that you have no idea how to help the England NT move forwards (hope that's just being 100% honest & not racist in any way)

As much as I cant bring the NT anywhere I would like to say grats to Lore and if he needs any help (positive or negative) just ask...I am willing to lean.
