I seem to remember you being the most vocal person about getting new people into the NT scene, doesn't this post go against all of what you said before?

At least the 2 current coaches were/are prepared to give it a go. I didn't see too many candidates for either position.

I actually think Lorre is doing an excellent job considering how little help we all give him.
Qstarw has so far inherited a bad setup and has only had one game. You/we need to give him a chance. If the U21s continue to struggle, then instead of us simply saying, "your crap", we ALL need to help him. Then when the time comes one day in the future for the setup to be handed over we will be in a better position than we are right now as it's a bit of a mess if truth be told.

It's very easy for any of us to slag off either coach but if we're not prepared to help or stand, it's a tad harsh on either.

I might be wrong with the above, but it's just the way I feel about it.

About lack of desire and lack of effort - just take a look here. Maybe you'll find that something else, not criticism, is needed to improve the quality of English squads.

I'm just bright green with envy - so please ignore my previous rant

I always have believed Sokker England has enough talent within its Management to look after itself - but we end up with (to be fair - a top quality NT Coach from Norway & Quasar) as our 2 NT Coaches

Will always hope England can get it's community back on track - & see top quality English Managers doing well with the 2 English National Teams (with full support from the English community)

Then England may well fulfil it's true potential

That is not the case atm - as the pride of being an England Manager/English Coach is totally missing, & that needs to be fixed

There was a big bug in this game as the additional tactics ware not what I set ...it went to a totally different layout then the one saved...how do I go about this?...post it on the bugs forum?

Did you really use this standard tactic? :o

ed: can you load settings of this game in the next game settings and post a screen?

No the tactics I set ware called ATTACK!!!...with the 3!!! at the end...wtf...

Another bug ...Norman Mackley had ATT order as a sub ...so when he came in he should have been ATT...however in the report he has MID orders...this is messed up!!!

However, I did like the approach to defending a 1-0 lead with 10 men, go with effectively 5 up front and have our only central defender as a midfielder ... hilarious ...

That being said, it was very obvious that something had gone badly wrong with the tactics.

Maybe we've hired the right coach after all, if he's a jammy bugger, we're halfway to success already ... lol ...

I sure will...I am curious as well...I worked on that tactic all night last night ...and wanted to see it in action.

Tomorrow I will arrange the next friendly and we will see...however I almost had a heart attack when I saw our layout :))...all is well when it ends well...but what if we lost :((.

NOW I understood mr_gibbage's post on the Association Forum...I think its wrong and I always thought that was the way you can swap a mid with a striker....well at least I did not end up paying for that mistake :)).

Conclusion: You can not swap a MID to ATT in this game.

Should have told you, a player coming on for one who is who is subbed will take the order of the subbed one...

you can swap midfielder for striker, but he will have the same order as the player in first team...

if you called your tactic Attack...then you probably chose the wrong one on the list...

so no bugs, 2 mistakes:)
