overall i felt qstarsw formation very difficult to play against and still think he is the man to bring u21,s forward given the time and passion he gives to the game

The next season will be a tough one because we have no forwarders whatsoever.... we need strikers ... fast.....
Much less talent cos 130 users , poland complains of too much top end youth that will make 3 times super divines (in top 3 skills)

Well, it would also help if amongst the English user base that we had people training the relevant positions for England. Most people seem to be training whatever is available rather than English. That would give us a solid basis to work on with the players that the international users trained for us as well. Taking qstarw's current dilemma, which English users are training the English U21 strikers?

The problem goes round in circles though tcd. Many active users in England would train English, but if there isn't a big enough pool of quality, then they have to look abroad.
I'm not such a believer that it really matters where they are trained. Unless you are willing to pay over the odds for home grown talent then a foreigner will be, particularly if they are a top class trainee.
