Yes i like that! but i would love it if you could train mostly passing for a while to get him to excellent as quick as possible, i'd want a wingers passing to be outstanding really, but he will be brilliant at pace i reckon by next season so that kinda outweighs that if he gets to excellent passing.

I'd like it more if you forget the defender and rely on a that getting to average on it's own.... (maybe when he is excell def. train some defence?)

I would play him higher up for the U21's and if we get his striker to outstanding over time he could be the 2nd striker somtimes also, all this gives us more options to play different tactics.

Have to say i am suprised he is still excellent striker, but glad we have other 19yo strikers so it dos'nt matter in the slighest in fact it's worked out great..

Mates, Summerfield is a striker, if you train him in other skills he'll be ruined..

He dos'nt train striker, but you are right on reflection he should sell or train sriker anything else would cost the u21's as he is a top talent and him in the pocket.. but we only have a few midfielders coming through, it's totally up to him though.

he popped passing random I train Technique (with pace) :)). Will train Striker in a couple of weeks :)

You no in sokker the England Under 21's are a 3rd world country & you can't play with rubbish (said to me by tcd_uk) i have to agree :(

Also tried 3 different managers tactics none of the make the blindest bit of difference we were worse if anything (and so we should be because i no all there skills) anyway that's what friendlies are for.

I said earlier our best player is 20yo but he can't run and never has been able to, i asked the user many times would he please train pace but he did'nt have to help and did'nt.

Anyhow i don't think anyone is bothered much (i am) i think to make us better i will buy even more England U21 players hopefully (to stop them maybe getting into the wrong hands) if you'll let me carry on as U21 manager in 2 seasons i promise we will qualify (group and luck depndant) if we don't we will have a much better chance, even next season we will be much more competative and you will start to see the promises i am making.

Please help the England Under 21's , if you hav'nt got a Junior School open or hav'nt got at least a Brilliant Coach there can you do so now thank you.

This isn't meant to upset anybody but imo the real purpose of the U21s should be to get these players into the NT in future (tbh, the U21 results are frankly irrelevant in this respect) as they are getting the boost of training whilst they play for the U21s.

However, as I've previously said in the past, if you want players to play at NT level they are thoroughly useless at U21 level because the first thing that these players need is their pace trained up as high as possible as soon as possible.

So my suggestion would be to simply concentrate on these players that we think have a chance of making the NT even though they won't be able to do "jack" in an U21 shirt if the sole purpose is to have NT players in future. That would mean though that the U21s would royally stink every single season and for players who like the U21 scene this approach would be a complete non starter.

But, given our lack of quality juniors, we might have to consider something like this in future ...

That's a very good point and one i may aswell implement.

I will play this team for the last time in hope of 3 pts if we don't win i'll play more 19yo's, call it the transition period.

Strikers Harsnett (20) Walcott (19) Anyan (19) or maybe Arnatt (19) will play when there pace goes up 1 or 2 more, Summerfield (19) & Butler (19) are already quick enough for the U21's. Cunliffe (20) has to play as he is good enough to one day make the main squad, that = 7 strikers for the Under 21's.

Therfore i will play 3 strikers on ATT orders when the relevant 3 are training Striker/ATT as we have a midfielder shortage anyway.

There is Boris Lillicrap (19) but the owner has'nt ever answered me, so far that is the only user to ever do that to me, i will be trying him out asap. At a push i can have 4 x 19yo mids & have 7 x mids at a push including 20yo's so we ar'nt that bad at all, as i maintain its coming, the 19yo's are the strongest for a while.

Ensor (19) is our best midfielder coming through will play after a few sub apperances to get his form up abit, Cumberledge (20) would be there instead of Simons but he is currently injured.

Defender's Blanchard (20) & Cardwell (20) will come in for Keetley & Embery if we loose.

Other squad players are Duerden (19) who is a dmc to come on for Challinor or Matterson when his passing goes up 1 more. Woolland (20) a winger will come on for Cumberledge (20) when he gets tired.
Roadknight maybe our best 18yo Striker.

I've sent a couple of mails out reguarding the 19yo Defenders will see where they are at by next week.
