well take over then, good luck im fed up with it anyway and you'll soon see, actually you will need this season of rubbish players coming then after that there are better players becuase of me, look at my team how young they are Southend how am i top and unbeaten? with such young players i takey the mickey no? how low can i go and still not loose i do it season in season out tactics, i could be where you are but im not a here today gone tommorrow type person i've always felt i've got the best plan ima coming to get you guys :) if you really make me cos i love my division 2 :)
you do no it's harder for you to feed the under 21's from the premiership... im not interested in international games anymore it's all yrs....

The protential of u21 is not letting them reach 5th place.I am for building a new representing team who will earn success .its better to start from yourself and train the juniors .If the group will create then we will have a chance of winning the World Cup .
The 5th best team came 5th Did you even watch the game? 19 shots we had and some really good ones too, i dont no why they choose to show us like that and not win? do you think because you are 4th in premiership you can do better? it's got nothing to do with that, yes next season go for the job...
For me it's been the worst thing i ever did in this game i gave it everything no stone unturned and it gave me nothing back but ageing process... well never ever as long as i live will i be u21 manager or main manager for any country :) really wish i wasnt right now and would give it to anyone interested in the blink of an eye.

Do you think that I am attacking you . But it's not maybe I don't know everything however the place that we are at is still not good anoth .i am not interested in representing England because I have a goal in Ireland .i am trying to get to the finals and after reaching the goal I can give up my self for England .i feel that I am ready to start in the votes .
Sorry for the main NT, probably Romania is the best team right now.

Lorre is my Sokker idol and he had no chance with the likes of Romania...too many users that train and know the game so the players pool is huge!!! They can beat us (and any other country) with their 4th team on a good day...so nothing to do.
I love these debates on the U21...makes the people say their mind and also gives the U21 awareness ...makes people do their bit ...and think about what they can do to help :)
I also like to pick on Mansid because it winds him up and he is offering a good defense in these debates (unlike the U21 :P)...makes the forum active :)).
Its sad that he is so unlucky because it makes this no fun at all. Mansid ...one advice mate...never play the lottery...you have no chance what so frisking ever :))...when god spread sokker U21 luck around...he forgot about you :)).
Have no worries you will build up a good team and then someone else will take over...enjoy the results from all your work and take the credit :). It's just life!
Now back to the humble and modest me...I am only...the best manager sokker has to offer so of course I will be critic... you can't make it perfect ...because that would make you...ME! :)))))

Sorry for your unlucky, but you must work to defence. A season ago when I was coach to U21 Africa, I said you tactic can be grow-up skills if players work together. I have same ideea now.
If I can maybe we meet (i have near 2 month in UK) and i show you something by tactics.

It's over no more careing for points just future when you are in charge you can do all this and i wont have ago at you because i am better than you people, i remember thinking EXACTLY the same thing when Qstarw was in charge he should be doing better, how wrong was i!
Can you do anything with a slow team then auriel? they can't run or tackle? our keeper is so slow they all are zimmer frame slow, for god's sake why am i explaining myself to Pitor or auriel who cant read or write English well enough to understand?
Did either of you watch the game at all? you no it was again 2 keeper mistakes and we absolutly ran the game and should have won i dont no why sokker hates us so much? 19 shots and we made them look rubbish why we loose? because of defence eh? 2 keeper mistakes! again well now i have 2 defenders on every ball not that it will matter too much... pitor might not be good at the job he is used to far better players than me... pity no1 understands until they have the job :(

This has been one of the most horrible experiences of my life let alone in sokker, my g/f is mad at me for taking the job, i nearly had a stroke watching the game!! it was so 1 way our way don't no how they work it out like that to give me the worst experience possible?

The English community voted for you (again) as their choice for Manager - not Q or anyone else - just YOU
Get on with the job as you have the backing of the English community - & ignore negative comments from others (it's just part of the job to have broad shoulders)
Everyone knows England U21's need time to get things right, with more Junior Schools being the solid foundation to build from
