I am ready to find new players, I will try to do that in the following weekend. For now I could be scouting u21 England but my ambition is to take the function of being a coach. I can't do that for the next two seasons, because I want to spend my time on Ireland to advance to World Cup.

In sokker language is not Romanian or English (not even Polish). In sokker language is tactic (made according to players). I know this language. You know it?

just by monitoring each teams youth transfers (you find them in the team statistics when you click in to the teams) and follow expensive transfers you can get a quite good overview of players abroad.
For instance, it took me less than 5 mins to spot this guy LINK, if he is good or not? Not a clue - but could maybe be worth checking*?

I did this job in Sweden, of course we have less teams than England, but 2-3 hours work made some previous "unknown stars" show up and be put in my database.

* He maybe is monitored already but he's just an example of how you could spot players abroad :)

Thanks, well, there's not that many teams in England now so I guess it could be done. However, for all I know the U21 managers may have already done this and I strongly suspect with the guys we've had at U21 level that this has indeed been done (by the current and previous U21 boss) ...

IMO he does it brilliant - this was just a way to answer to your concern regarding players abroad and how they coould be spoted quite easily.

nice search but the current u21 manager has already seen them, they are not as good as the current team who are not great when you look at the players of some of the other nations..... i know the current manager has searched all avenues significantly more than that.
