Just keep up your enthusiasm for Junior Clubs within England - & everything will then even itself out over time
You have the backing of Managers with Clubs in England - so just enjoy the job - do your very best with tactics & selection & ignore any minor posts that you find negative
The bigger picture, & the future of England's success is in your hands - good luck

Good skills
Good skills
Funny you should say that only yesterday someone told me i managed to bend someone elses arm into opening a junior school :) when i hear that and what you say makes me want to carry on.
I am torn between wether to go for the job again or don't and the now 20yo's & 19yo's that i feel i have helped build will be someone elses and hence making me look bad (after saying this if i don't go for it and it happens i don't look so bad though nudge nudge ;) ;)
We should have a much better defence next season, & Cunliffe will be the nads then, Summerfield will start to come to the fore & Maybe Butler will start to shine, Hurry back Ensor we need you!

Yup i will try harder to do that.... on another note is anyone training a good deal of passing? this guy needs it, could always do with mids:
Jez Waterfield, age: 17
club: Jotun ISK, country: England
value: 79 050 £
wage: 1 020 £
very good [9] form
tragic [0] tactical discipline
height: 176 cm, weight: 73.5 kg, BMI: 23.73
weak [4] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
good [7] pace very good [9] defender
very good [9] technique very good [9] playmaker
poor [3] passing tragic [0] striker
I think the owner is willing to sell , maybe someone could train passing for 2 skills then sell and someone else do the same? (obviously could go abroad but anyone who buys would surely be training passing no?)

The owner is indeed willing to sell and can list at a stupid hour if it helps keep him in english hands. I don't need the money.
Gaaahh lost vs Romania with 1-2 and a missed penalty kick :/
I tried a new 3-6-1 tactic today.
Due to lack of speed of the (next season) defence line I played the 3 DEF guys EXTREMELY low to try using their defending skills more (ie "face-to-face") and I think it's worth building on in the future.
I wish you guys (and Mansid) all luck tonight vs Andorra, even if you might pass us in the world ranking :)
My fingers are crossed and - GO ENGLAND! (and GO MANSID!) :)

This is what I always said...its not the skills that matter...its not the form..its the true heart of a English player that is on the field...and even tho there are better strikers when it comes to skills...when it gets to what matters...Summerfield is always up to the occasion.
Thanks Mansid....for showing that! I have no idea why but that fellow just shoots form every angle...like a striker while the others just seem to forgot what the orders are....Attack!
P.S I do think that there is somehow a hidden skill ...so that if a player is meant to be striker ...he will perform poorly in other positions no matter the skills trained....if there is not...I will invent it :)) Muhahaha...for more hat-tricks to come.

might be a little help from playing on same side as the suspended def mid and light injured mid defensive guy? But you're right Summerfield was great, 3/7 is an absolute brilliant scoring!
(I'm not sure if it will be enough to pass us in the world ranking - but it's a tough fight there - may the best team end up 50th at the end of the season) :)

Summerfield was amazing tonight, there were alot a great shots some from Cunliffe and 1 from Walcott the additon of 3 strikers made us have more shots but yeh Cunliffe at times seemed worse than Summerfield and that should'nt happen really man of the match by a country mile Summerfield :)
Imagine if you put his striker up 1 more ;) and i do the same with Butler and Walcott..
I noted Lillicrap started well made a few good passes but faded (must have lower stamina) and can't tackle well.

Well the future is bright...with the trio you mentioned...and anyhow...my fellow will get trained...oh crap I have to change the tactics now...had him on mid on Sunday...now ...I will train striker this week...to see that nice U21 bonus!
haha so there ARE managers anxious for NT bonuses?
Lucky for me you're not Swedish then! :)

Lol I invented the trend :))...I did the research...came with the percentages ...and lied to all my fellow Englishman about it :))...now its that good of a lie...that I believe it myself (sorry just watched The Pirates of the Caribbean...hole series).
If you have insomnia I invite you to the thrill of a lifetime...our beloved Canadians are getting whipped by Scotland tonight in a match that futures a lovely Canadian under 150k average value...that is also at low form :).
I have my hopes however...bribed Lord Legolas with Canadian cheerleaders!
Here is the link...feel free to make predictions
I am opening a can of Canadian Whip-ass

I'd be more specific than that. I'd attribute it to being the more of my defenders in defence, the greater success level.
Case in point is yourself. In stint one you had some of my players in defence. Stint two you didn't. Conclusive proof!
More proof - with the main NT, every game that at least 2 of my players involved in (past or present), England did not lose in this world cup. The game lost against Romania there was only one and it led to a loss.
If you need me to make up some more amazing stats let me know ;)
