Substituted by some 16 and 17 YO instead.

I promised to step down after this season and I will keep my word. It has already been eight seasons in charge of the England full NT and I think it will be healthy for the NT environment with some new blood. It breaks my heart a little though, while working on the database yesterday I got excited about upcoming players and future seasons :/
Whoever gets the job will get a fully updated database and advice/help if wanted during the start of next season..

Thanks, maybe one day (or even this time if nobody stands) but imo, I would much prefer seeing somebody standing who
a) somebody who has played for substantially longer than me
b) has had experience of playing in the top division or is in the top division and has managed or managed against NT calibre players.

Does nobody in the top division want the role?

There are at least 3 U21-NT's allready advertising for friendlies next season.
Could you check if they are suitable, and if so ask them?
