still some difficult games for the new NT... i think respect is in order to advance, whoever gets the position.

I like it...could not get any better...Australia and Panama are accessible opponents so even if we fail vs Colombia 2nd place takes us to WC...after all we do not have any major Sokker power in this group...

Yes i find everyone bar 1 or 2 will play U20 later in the season, as yet i only have about 5 or 6 players that are good enough to play for U20, i would'nt mind playing a U21/U20 mix all season though, it also adds more to selection thought & tactics.

Or how about:

U21 week 1-5
U21/U20 mix weeks 6-11
U20 weeks 12-14

You can play U20 weeks 15 & 00 aswell [in other friendlies not this league]

That's quite a banana skin of a group. No "big names" but Panama qualified for their first WC and didn't do too badly and Colombia are a solid side too. Australia not as good as they used to be but still have old users that maintain a decent quality to their NT.

This is my distribution of ages as per today:

19- 21YO
12- 20 YO
8- 19YO
1- 18YO

(I would also prefer an all season mix.)

From my point of view, Nederland U21 will join this freindly league, but, I have a proposal:
- let's play all of us with U20 because our propose is to train U20 player for next season.

All of us, must say, that if accept or not to play U20 (words like, "I have not enought U20 players, are not fair"; so, we accept U20 or not, that is FAIR.).

Wow...now I am working :))

Here is what is going on:

Lorre has been kind in giving me his own Ntdb he was keeping in excel and I have been working in putting that to this new project skviktorov has made for us! Its a new ntdb...a simpler version but quite promising.

Doing this also gets me to know the players and their skills :))

Did some experimental tactics and have not yet decided my strategy for this first match...I will have it once I decide on the lineup (tomorrow).

But I hope we will debut with a win. Trying to keep is less exotic in tactics with the NT :))

Keep training and I will do my best to bring the results!
