Do the maths again.

If England win twice, will be on a points total of 22 points.

So after next game:

Mexico 21
Bosnia 20
England 19

So if England then win again, will be on 22 points. If England then win, will finish 2nd regardless of the result in that game. If Mexico win it will be Bosnia third, if they draw, Bosnia third, if Bosnia win then Mexico third, so no matter what happens, as long as England win the next 2, it will guarantee qualification. The only mathematical way to top the group would be if Mexico lose their next game.

Just so people know...I will not run for the NT job next season so the spot its up for grabs...I might have another go at the U21 when Mansid is done with it but until then its all about getting to the Prem and training English players!

I really do think you should stay on as main coach and increase your record, i don't think there's anyone out there that could do a better job... why a lot more people aren't saying this i don't no

I disagree. There is no better way to go out than at the very top. Once you've done the best, you can only equal what you have done already, but are far more likely to do worse.

I agree to what mr said...but its not just that...I seem to have lost interest in it lately and looking for a new challenge...I will try to find it at my own club plus have a lot of projects lately so I do not have that much time any more...

You do need to get to the prem. Purely so I can help with sending you back to II!

Remember there's a lot more work to do for the England U21's [you previously said you wanted to concentrate on other things with Greg] if you want any sort of decent side that is....

Also IF i don't win the next 2 games, i think you should maybe help me with tactics and i should maybe stay in the job... because as previously said by others it's not really the results that matter it's making sure we get good players coming through to supply the main team.

I've done a lot of work to make the best U21 group since I've been in charge, and i making sure it's another good bunch next year and the year after and the 18yo's even 16yo keeper i bought to train pace with then hopefully sell on to BuzzyL [he no's about it]

I'd say it's silly more harder to win a comp with the U21's some of the U21's Romania Poland and quite a few others have we have nowhere near that and i would have thought for the main team you have have what at least 3 x divine skilled players.

As i said before i cannot see we have enough users to ever win the U21 comp.

I think you should go for the Main England National Coach, you are good at English, used to having top end players, Runner up in the cup [twice] and bronze medal [twice] and twice bronze medalist in the Premiership, you have experience with the Irish national team, and you fly the English flag.

Thank you for your nice comments ,if the people want me to become the English coach then I'm fine with it .I would defintaly want to be the republican of England because this team would mean I could advance further in my coaching. I'm not daily on the forum however but if I could become coach I would spend more time on the forum.Im defintaly promising full engagement to this.

Qstarw has proved his quality at NT level with the England NT

Now Mansid needs to do the same - at U21 level

Results - not just endless banter is required from you Mr Mansid

You had no problems with me, then when i backed Q as soon as he became England manager , only then you treated me like this, coming out only just to have personal and negative swipes at me.

I have never seen you go for the job either, even if you did i wouldn't bother myself with you like you do with me.

As for banter, why has this game got to be serious? it's a game! + banter lives in football !
and most of the time I'm too serious in this game, so i need to lighten up more if anything :D

*Oh and finally as for not backing us by opening a Junior school - you are really only hurting yourself.
