In last 2 seasons Mansid goes from rank 53 to rank 31, so don't be so hurry with critics abouth him.

Who took England down to rank 53 in the first place?
We were/are all to blame within the England community by not having enough quality trainees for the U21 manager to call on. Also, a lack of English users and some of those not having youth schools open don't/didn't help the situation either.
Future U21 bosses will also suffer unfortunately due to this lack of real quality coming through too ...

Yes I guess all smaller nations are going to suffer these problems due to declining user numbers.
There are always pockets of quality about.
I managed New Zealand some time ago, that was a proper small userbase and it was really tough if you got the odd player or so out of form or injured due to a complete lack of alternatives. England isn't quite at that level, although harder at U21 level because at full NT level it is the top level sides that give NTs an edge (hence why you get sides like mine that don't necessarily pick up a lot of caps at U21 level, but do when you go to full NT, 4 players I trained featured in the winning WC campaign).

i missed out by a fraction , i have got us a better team but i can't believe i slipped up vs mexico until then yup.
England took England down man like Scotland take Scotland down, i no if Summerfield was in top form , Qstarw would vouch for me and many in the community then we wouldn't even be talking but thats excuses , i slipped up vs Mexico but i've done nothing but go up for 2 seasons.
