If you are searching the transferlist and find such a player, lacking the funds to buy or not interested for some reason post him here and other anglophile managers will do.

great player, but i'm looking for a younger trainee. around 18/19 :)

I normally sell when they hit 22, but I think I am going to mix it up a bit with 3 older trainees and 3 younger ones.
I will bid and see where the price goes. Not like I can't afford it.

At least players cannot "die" in this game. I remember a championship manager type game I played years ago where my star striker got hit by lightening.....
