Sorry I'm missing the point on training. Do you mean you want to play them with different orders so they don't get training or what?

A Norwegian user had their team move to Iceland as they were going to (although never did) move there. It caused both unrest in Iceland (as the team that moved was the top team in Norway for a long time) and I think was a lot harder to move than the devs thought would be anyway.
