i'm not an expert, but i certainly woudn't keep Anton Howarth (the last one). However good he may be, he'll be 21 by the time he's ready...

I'm no expert either but having 30 places all used up seems kind of excessive to me (unless they were all superstars).

That being said I would keep 14 of them no question, the ones currently rated good and beyond. You might as well keep the adequate with 1 wk left as you can pull him to see what he is like shortly anyway. Of the other 15 players, I personally would straight off fire the worst 6 guys (rated poor and lower) as they are currently rated badly, they are costing you money and filling up your youth school.

Therefore, you really only have to decide what you want to do with the remaining 9 guys imo.
