Well, I'm hoping for my first win in L3 tonight. We were seconds away last week so hopefully we can take it home tonight. We will still be underdog on the ratings but I'm very hopeful after last week's performance.

Indeed, got off to a good start and today beat one of the main contenders. Good game it was and a deserved win.

I have Enjoi FC, who is the ex-Prem team, and lets not beat around the bush, Enjoi are favourite for the league.

If it wasn't for daleg2006 boo-booing his tactics in Week 1, he'd have a 100% record too, I'm sure.

I'd be very happy with a draw.

I've got Phil. Even with his decimated team (I have 2 key players out myself) I doubt I can shock a surprise.

Same tactic etc.

I have superbot Wenlock - they have a key player out, I have full first team to choose from. Would like to hope can win even without putting any effort in.

20 mins away from kick-off. I'm just wanting my match to start now tbh. I'm really hopeful for a victory tonight against the odds too (ratings). Hopefully, last week wasn't just a flash in the pan but a sign of possible things to come. A win tonight would really give us a great chance to avoid automatic relegation even at this early stage. Ok, that's wasted 5 mins, only 15 mins to wait now ;-)

Lost 1-0. But, was 5 shots to 3 in favour of me against a better rated side. Another good performance from my boys but nothing to show for it.

And due to other results, we now find ourselves bottom of the division ... ho hum ...

Thank god, played my reserves in midfield and won 2-1.

Coasted to a 3-0 win - could easily have been more.

Only managed a 2-2 draw, just couldn't put away my chances.

Was a painful last minute goal to conceed - he scored from about a 1 degree angle (around 3 inches from the by-line next to the 6 yard box).

However, while my disappointing result was happening I was selling one of my midfielders. I was worried that I was going to get the 40k asking price, I need not have been though as he sold for 450k in the end :-) Thank you very much :-)

Saw your game. Might be you should use a 442 instead of 541. You create too few chances, two men up front can help. Are you training pace? Otherwise you should buy some oldies to help out in your non-training positions..

Lost 4-1. Was doing ok until my striker got injured, then opponent took over. Back-up striker simply not good enough. Gutted having my best 2 players getting injuried without a tackle, just running with ball. 2 games in a row my keeper has run to corner flag to tackle striker leaving no one in goal after cross. Used same positioning for defenders for years without this happening. :(

I wouldn't disagree with you as I am considering 442 too. However, I actually had more shots than my opponent today. If my 1 forward had been quicker and actually pulled the trigger on a few other occasions too I think I might have won that game. Plus, there's one aspect of the tactic that needs changing which would definitely improve things too.

I am training pace for the moment as it happens :-)
