Subject: What a moron!?!

I basically went to pace training at the start of the season in order to train one of my main defenders as he is lacking in pace a little. I've just noticed that I haven't actually played him this last 2 weeks at all so he hasn't received any pace training in that time ... I feel like crying ... :-( What an utterly stupid thing to miss, well, that means I'll be on pace training for longer than I was planning to be ...

Yeah, yeah, don`t be so hard on youself. It`s easy to mess up. Why was he out of the team- was he injured? Don`t cry, onwards & upwards from now. A win tomorrow will get your smile back on ;)

Would it help if you knew that almost all here had their fair share of such "moronic" incidents during the course of this game? :)

I have:

Sacked an unearthly 18yo junior with 1 week to go
Regularly messed up training (eg just last week)
Spent £1m trying o get an unearthly coach (brilliant best so far!!!)
Set junior team for league game
Deleted my tactics
Etc. etc.

why?

I'm guessing these are examples of his errors over the course of his managerial career. Not that he has just done all those things whilst checking his result from tonight's match.

I'm similar, all over the place with setting up training these days!

You could add "messed up lineups in very important world cup semi finals" to your list though ;).

Spending £1m to try and get an unearthly coach is perferctly reasonable in my experience.. Whether you got him or not..

These days I give myself a pat on the back when I don't screw up a lineup....Especially if I manage it for a couple of weeks in a row!

Have a look at my champions league performances......

I'm VERY adept at fielding my reserve side each and every season!

I think last season I made silly errors in at least 4 possibly as many as 6 games. This season I've somehow not really made any glaringly obvious ones.

You are both weak and behind the times. I have been doing this for at least 6 seasons!

I think i am up to a full season of wasted training for my youngsters now.

I never make mistakes :)

Is that because you make so many that they instead become correct?
