Subject: [U21] Election Behmen
Hello, I'm Behmen and I play Sokker since 2010, but I've registred again in 2012. I spend here a lot of time, making tactics. Sokker became an important part of my life.
As you can see i've been the coach of Prathet Thai U21 link and i've got very good results link .
I've been Scout of Belgium NT for two seasons with the coach Cureghem, I've been Assistant Coach and head Scout of Prathet Thai NT with the coach divozzi, Scout DEF with the Italy U21 with the coach Fabbrogas.
I want to challenge myself with a strong national as your England U21, one of the best in the world.
My first target will be to qualify with the team to the World Cup, increasing the level of young players and keeping us at the top of the world rankings. There will be games to snub, but I rather plan tactical experiments during the friendlies.
Why do I want to be the England's u21 coach?
My friend ermejo told to me that you are a great community, and your team could be brilliant if there will be a good manager to manage it!
I want that this will be a my personal growth, but also of my staff and the community, both in terms of human and technical knowledge of the game.
I like to involve the community with weekly thread where you can discuss the preparation and analysis of games.
My staff is currently composed of:
Assistant coach: Bluray
Scout Gk: Behmen(me)
Scout Def: Red3x
Scout Mid: Caino
Scout Stk: BluRay
Official reporter: alberto.correz
Help staff and management: Borkos007
As you can see the staff will be compose by two tutors, including one with a lot of experience as a scout: BluRay.
He is a Scout Striker of Italy U21 and Scout Gk-Mid of Canada U21.
He has been Scout Def of Italy NT (for many seasons),Scout of Italy U21 (for many seasons), Assistant Coach and head scout of Prathet Thai U21. He was also part of the staff of Belarus U21.
Then there is a person with an amazing curriculum: Borkos007
It is my intention to also be able to organize at least two competitions, working with the coach of the England NT.
I would be really honored to lead a national team of this value.
For any questions and constructive criticism, you can ask them on the forum and personally my sk-mail will always be open to all.

So far, you don't even need to give a speech as nobody else has been bothered to apply.
However, I would assume (hope), that would change.
Therefore, I have a question?
Given that the English community obviously don't care that much, what would you do to try and spark some life into my fellow English managers and try and get them more involved (if you get elected)?
Regards,
Troy

Hello, me and my Assistant BluRay are thinking to do some things.
1st thing, will be open a thread every match (to talk about the match that has been played).
2nd thing it's that will be a competition on bets about the Nationals , with small prizes :)
But we are thinking to do another 'little game' about the Nationals to involve the community ;D

In the future seasons (if i'll win the elections :P) there will be another 2 competitions ;)
We have a lot of ideas to involve the whole community of Sokker English
I like Scout DEF and all other Scouts will be 100% available to update new U16 and U21 players
England is a good team and we will try to make it big :)

I think Behmen its a tough contestant for the U21 and I would like to thank him for his involvement in the sokker England community...he has been active on the forums but the question is ...If you don't win this election...will we be seeing you around as often as we did last season, will you stick around and provide help for the winner (if you lose), or is this just an act to get elected?
How will you overcome the language difficulties you and your staff have?...I only say this because from your posts they are quite evident. Its important to be able to communicate efficiently with English users if you win this election.

I think that the language isn't a big problem..
Good luck ;)

Tbh, qstarw has a bit of a point as there are times I haven't got the foggiest idea what some of you are trying to say or get across? I don't mean that in a bad way as I appreciate that English isn't the first language for some of you.
From my own point of view, it's great to see you all on this forum getting involved and I'd love to see you all stick around even if Behmen wasn't elected this time as there are future elections to be won too (and who knows for those if you weren't lucky enough this time?). I also have to say that the enthusiasm shown by Behmen being the first one to throw his hat into the ring with a long speech and "staff" in place is also very commendable too.
However, he could well win this time, which would make that last paragraph rather redundant ... lol ... ;-)

I only wanted to say that Behmen is a good candidate and confirm that I will try to help him, should he get the job :).
It looks like these u21 elections can be really interesting :).

Our staff is very well organized.
There is also a reporter, and knows English really.
the most important thing is to bring users to the community and the national team, and especially to win the world cup.
May 5, in case of I win, I communicate everything on the season

The man is committed and dedicated as well as being well clued up with tactics having had previous experience
English not the first language, foreign manager, does it really matter if it is for the good of our declining NT's?
I don't think so
Got my vote, good luck ;)
