+1, we need some help from other nations managers

I beg to differ, what we need is someone mailing people regularly , making sure we have great youths coming through , as so we can make the main team better 1day , this takes time.

Thanks, I think the next season will be a tough one for England U-21, we should work very hard to be more competitive. If I'll win this elections I'll try to set up the team for the WCQ, I think this is the main point.

Hello Englan SK Community, I'm alberto.correz and I'll act as the "reporter" of his staff. My main task is to manage Behmen's public relations, concerning speeches and translations, so he can have a better connection with your community. I've been playing SK since 2009 even if on my team page you can see december, 2010. This is pointless as I won't have any roles in managing the team. I'l rather be the secretary!

Having your backing is more likely to put people off voting :P

When you say wrestny are to referring to the verb "to wrest"

I have a question for the hole team:

Don't you think that after all this time spent playing sokker by you and all your staff, after all this experience everyone seems to talk about your club teams should be higher then the 5th league in Italy?
How come none of you are in a higher league?
How come all this experience is not also visible at your club?

Division 5 (256) Eccellenza.001 - Eccellenza.256 - This is the league your club teams are part of...am I correct? (Except for borkos007 who is in league IV.)

You might be right ...but I think we need the help of successful managers like Lorre who runs his club like a star in Norway's top division, not users form other countries that are in the 4th, and 5th league.

Some may say that they are tutors in their country well they need to tutor themselves before they can tutor our youth.
These users don't even have a youth team...but they can teach you about yours.

So we have BlueRay - and he is a tutor in his country, tutoring his team to an average mark of 37 - 39.
We also have Behmen - and he just avoided relegation with a best season mark around 38.
Then we have Red3x - who pulls an amazing 33 - 34 average mark.
Caino - steps the up the bar having an average of almost 50. But no youth school.
The reporter alberto.correz is the only one that has a youth school.

Will they tutor our users to stop investing in youth?
With my humble team ...not so experienced and tutored...I would play with my reserves against them and tactically win the games. With Caino I would probably struggle but he is a scout not the manager :)...if I would play my first line up...I would have him on a plate...5 out of 5 if needed.

It seems you haven't red my manifesto.
1) My staff has made a lot of experience with National teams, your staff hasn't been built yet and we don't even know which users will compose it.
2) As I already said before, next season England will only play friendlies, I see it like a test season, the next U-21 coach will be put under observation by the whole England community and if he won't do a good job the community will be able to change him.
3) In Italy there are 2000 users my friend, if you play in our "Eccellenza" you need at least 55 average points to be competitive.

Prathet Thai U21...are you serious...that U21 NT is number 77 in the world...the country has 19 users totally.
There might be less then 100 players to scout for that country (or more because every player is a potential U21 player...the team's rating is 40).
Managing that team is easier then your club team :))...DON'T COMPARE THAT TO ENGLAND.
Any user could become manager of that team!
