You should to vote who inspires you the most confidence and who you think can do well with Nt&U21 :P

What great apathy we have as an English community (I appreciate I am a part of that community) :-(

So far, there are 4 candidates for the England managers job and not one of them is English ... shame on us ...

Blame it on fear of loosing old chap.

That doesn't stop people wanting to be the RL NT manager though does it? And tbh, we've become rather good at losing there :-(

Btw, talking of elections. Does anybody know if daza101 has quit as he hasn't been on here for 9 days and has also been very quiet of late???

I was going to stand for it , but i dont think id win , maybe if i get in as u21 more people will no and talk to me etc , so went for that, but i will stand 1day

... and there was me thinking the U21 election was going to be a quiet affair ;-)

When I was NT manager I never really saw any value in having a team of staff around me. I was confident in my ability to set tactics, and capable of mailing managers and discussing games on the forum.

Does a team add any value to a candidates application?

Is it a question for everyone or a specific one for candidates? :P
