Subject: Elections NT and U21
Is it a question for everyone or a specific one for candidates? :P
I don't think the team adds value to the application, I posted my team because I was asked who my team was made up of. I just wanted to show that I took this project seriously (unlike the time I run for the NT), that I looked for experienced help because that is what I a lack... experience.
very interesting question, all candidates have a their thread ;) where they wait a few questions to respond :)
It wasn't a question to candidates more for the potential voters.
Having read the U21 threads I didn't feel it was worth asking candidates questions. Initially I thought one or two of the candidates may have potential, but reading the threads convinced me that they don't deserve a vote.
Lorre doesn't need questions, he is doing a good job and has no real rivals.

I think next year will be a "test season" for the future coach, all us four candidates haven't got a strong and wide experience with national team. I can say I led a small NT like Thailand though. The English community has to trust on one of us and keep an eye on it. Voting in this elections is very important. I my opinion Qstawr and I have written a good thread and we do know what to do to manage this NT.
@behmen getting your team to constantly attack q on his thread will not win you votes
you read my thread?? o.O
I've been attacked from the start
you have voted QSTARW? I don't mind and not defend him
I read your thread and Qstarw's, its what convinced me that neither of you deserve my vote.
Don't expect to see other candidates / supporters attacking each other in the oppositions threads. Its in poor taste and leaves me hoping you will both fail.

When I did NTs, England I did initially get tactical advise from Julius but aside from that only team was people to help out with scouting. Depends on time more than anything though.
Pity to see the U21 election for England is now down to cheap 'mud throwing'
England U21 had some quality Managers in the past (like Tom) - doing a fantastic job
Qstar (or whatever he is called) is no where near the quality needed to help support & develop the England U21 squad - he's more than useless imho

I had the same idea as Phil. If I would have been an Englishman, I would certainly not vote either of them. A good manager also has sportsmanship. Insulting others is just not the way to create one union standing behind you. What a nation needs, is someone willing to get everyone behind him or behind the candidate winning even when he loses himself.
That being said, I don't mind staff, as a job like scouting is time intensive and can easily be taken over by others.

Wow. I've just been through the top 100 ranked English clubs sending out emails to managers alerting them to the fact that the elections are going on as the response has been so low thus far. I'm amazed at how many clubs are managerless, even in Div II! There should be some drive to promote teams up the divisions to fill up slots of ownerless clubs, it would make the whole game a lot more competetive.
Of course, I'm sure it's not as easy as all that, what with finances and player levels etc, but it's a bit of a disgrace that some users are groping away in Div IV against bot clubs when they could come and have a game in Div III, perhaps with a small cash injection to recruit decent players.
Sorry, I know this is off-topic, but I'm alarmed.
Anyway, I'll keep on doing the mail shoot, see if I can get some interest developing in the elections.
