The English community is very open with the foreigners.
Me and Qstawr are friends..at the beginning there was a debate but now there aren't problems with him.

I aimed to have staff that might take on the role in the future so that they could get prepared / insider knowledge of players via scouting and discuss tactics.

Let me give you the real reasons for electing me manager of the U21 England Team:
1. I have a professional, football looking user pic...imagine me on the sideline...Jose would be jealous.
2. I am new to the NT management, but experienced in sokker. I have been playing for a long time (This is my 3rd team).
3. Changing the way we communicate with our users and involving the hole community in the NT and U21 project is my main priority.
4. I will advise and keep in touch with the lower teams, so that they understand the importance of the youth system for the NT and U21, making sure they understand how the youth team works, how to run it and how to pick their talents, coaches, how to manage finances (which is tough for lower league teams).
5. I will also assist our less experienced users in training their youth.
6. How will I do all that? Using direct communication.
7. You will ask...did you ever train an NT or U21 player? No I didn't, but while teaching others I can also learn. How? Its simple...I can ask an experienced user that supports me, or the NT manager if I am not sure how to advice on training.
8. I spend a lot of time mailing users, we all know that I am the spam master, and I already have an "acquaintance" with most users...some of them got used with hearing from me from time to time.
9. I will also pay attention to international player trainers that supply the U21 with players, I will get to know them, try to become friends and keep a strong relationship with them.
10. I will try to limit and focus the U21 communication channels to specific forum topics, so that users easily find the way to inform us of a potential talent in their squad (not all users know how to update players in the NT database...I will teach them)
11. I will do all that, and more in the 6 to 12 hours a day that I spend on this game.

You've done a nice list of promises, but I don't see any of them in practice. I don't even see a better involvement with the Englixh community, indeed, it's farther than before.

Behmen its Ok...I see your disappointment on my first match (I like the pressure)...but I dont think you have any idea of the work I have to put up just to catch up on the months daza101 lost his interest...as soon I am done with sorting the players you will see the rest of the promises fulfill ...in time...nothing happens over night you know...thanks pingu for defending me...I appreciate that.
Instead being destructive and pointing comments like this ...how about you put your energy in helping the U21...I can sure find hundreds of things you could do...that also helps you for next year ;).
